Step 1: Take an open bowl and drizzle a little olive oil over beef steaks. Grace the meat well with seasonings
Step 2: Put this all in slow cooker.
Step 3: Stir in Mushrooms, onion, soup, water/beef stock
Step 4: Cook on low for at least six to eight hours
Step5: If you are using frozen meat, then leave it that way. It will be nice and brown and tender; just cut back a little on the water.
Step 6: Transfer the beef mixture and sauce to a stove top pot before serving and bring it to low boil
Step 7: Mix together the cornstarch and 2 T water and pour into beef pot to prepare a thick gravy.
Step 9: Remove from heat and stir in sour cream
Best served over rice or noodles
