1 (10 3/4-ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 teaspoons dried tarragon, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup non-fat sour cream
Low-Fat Beef Stroganoff
As the name signifies "Low fat Beef stragonoff", this recipe is a delicious low-fat version of the celebrated Russian dish Beef Stroganoff. Also regarded as the comfort food in many households.
How to cook:
Step 1: Take a pack of egg noodles and cook it according to package directions, drain it and return to frying pan to keep it warm.
Step 2: Chop meat into thin strips, Heat olive oil in a large frying pan.Make sure to keep the flame over medium-high heat,Add steak strips and sauté until medium-rare; transfer onto a warm platter; cover loosely with aluminum foil to keep warm.
Step 3: Put the flame to low and then add onion and garlic to it. Fry briefly over high heat until soft. Stir in the mushrroms, mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, tarragon salt, and pepper; simmer until mushrooms are cooked. Add sour cream and the steak strips; stir until well blended.
Step 4: Remove from heat and serve over cooked noodles.

Many beef lowers feel this dish to be a real diet. Very good and very easy to cook! Low fat Stroganoff dish seems to have a little thinner meat steaks than traditional Beef stroganoff.This may be probably due to the consistancy of the Fat Free soup and sour cream, but the taste remains right on! try this dish and let us know how you feel about it.
