Step 1: Take your bite sized meat strips, season them with salt and pepper and place them into the bottom of a slow cooker.
Step 2: Add onions, soup, mushrooms and bouillon. Combine wine with the flour in a separate small bowl. Mix well and add to the slow cooker.
Step3: Then add the water, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 4: Cook on lower flame for about 7 to 8 hours.
Step 5: An hour before serving, stir in the sour cream and the parsley.
Best served over hot, buttered noodles.
